A regular contributor to US House & Garden, The English Garden and the RHS Journal, Neil has produced definitive plans of Sir Roy Strong's Laskett garden, Hugh Johnson's Saling Hall along with the gardens of Dan Pearson, Tom Stuart-Smith and West Dean House.

He is currently working on a poster-sized view of the New York Botanical Garden.
